Combined cold, heat and power generation

CCHP (Combined cooling, heat and power) also called trigeneration is the simulataneous generation of usefull heat, cold and power.
Absorption refrigeration plants with their inherent need of heat can be easily integrated into a CCHP platform.
Isolated places often need electricity, generally they are using a power generator to create electricity. Instead of driving a compression refrigeration system with the electricity produced to fulfill a cooling need, an effective usage of the generated heat can be done in order to refrigerate, then the plant energy input can be downsized.
Many industrial, agronomical, food industry, pharmaceutical and chemical processes need heat as well as cold, thus a smart CCHP integration permits you to save a lot of energy and costs.
